Emotionally Healthy Spirituality takes us on a journey to discover more about God and more about ourselves. Knowledge of God and knowledge of self are intricately interwoven. As we seek to know more of God through His word, we inevitably uncover more of who we are—how sinful we are, how loved we are, and how needy we are for a good and gracious Savior.
